Utilities Sales Manager Required

Working on behalf of the UKs leading utility supplier, you will be managing a team of self employed Energy Advisers, working in the Residential Market.

Duties Include;

" Managing and Motivating a Current Team " Ensure Set Targets are achieved " On going Recruiting and Growth of the Team " Completing Compliance Checks in the field

Experience in managing a residential utilities team is preferred but not essential as full product training is available, main qualities we require is a self motivated individual capable of driving the current team and growing our presence in allocated post code areas, be capable of recruiting and delivering on going training, must be able to drive and have a car.

Weekly Retainer of £300 + Over-Ride + Commission and a Recruitment Bounty if you bring agents to join with you.
