Job Description

As our Panel Support Executive you will be responsible for the communications between Research Now and its panel members. In this position you will fulfill a vital role in ensuring continued quality and success in the development of one of the fastest growing businesses in the market research sector.

In this entry level CRM position, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to member enquiries by email and phone - Locating and reporting issues - Categorizing and summarizing enquiries

Successful candidates will offer the following

- Highly customer focused - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken - High attention to detail - Experience with MS Office - Fluent written English - Ability to work independently - Proactive, motivated and flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment
