Nice room for a nice girl (50 pw)

We are 6 young friends, 18 - 30 years old. 3 boys and 3 girls. We have recently rented a big house and we're looking for nice open minded people to share the place. He got an empty room that is available for a couple or two girls.

The room: It's a quite big room, about 4,5m x 4,0m. 1 double bed, 2 wardrobes and a refrigerator. Big window (double glass) with a nice view to the backyard.

The house: Big living room (with telephone), nice kitchen (brand new cooker, wash machine and microwave), back yard (to the parties, lol) and a nice basement, with fitness equipment and PC connected to the internet.

Location: Very well located, on Barking Road, the main road of Plaistow. Surrounded by several local supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.

Price: £100 pw per room. It means, £50 per person. You don't need to pay for the water, gas/electricity or council tax.

Transportation: There's a bus stop in front of the house. Buses: 330, 147, 5, 115, N15. There are two underground stations very close to the house: Plaistow Stn. (about 4 min by bus) and the Upton Park Stn. (about 3 min by bus). There's also the Canning Town Stn. (about 8 min by bus).

Languages: We speak English, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Finish and Spanish. But we are open minded to learn other languages.
