Massive room to rent in a freindly house :) (£440 pcm)

Hi there :) I have a very big dbl room to rent in SE4 (close to ladywell station-trains 2 london bridge, charing x and cannon street-15/20mins journey). The flat has 3 bedrooms and a massive living room with wooden floor. The kitchen is big and bright as well :). We also have a garden(for Summer bbqs). The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, however, there is a shopping centre 5 mins by bus in lewisham, there is a gym with swimming pool round the corner and park if u r a jogging person :) The room is available from 6th Jan. the rent is 440pcm for one person and 460 pcm for a couple. Bills are no more than 60pcm during winter, when the heating is on :). We have internet, bt and sky. If there is anything else you would to know, pleas email me :) Agatha
