Front Line Receptionist

Lucinda Ellery Consultancy is a dynamic, innovative and growing organisation specialising in hair-loss and professional hair extensions within the SME market. We are based in West London, currently seeking to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our current team of staff.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about reception and customer services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on reception and ideally have worked within a busy retail environment, multi-tasking and dealing with customers face to face.Some of your duties will include but not be limited to: " Meeting and greeting clients. " Managing the salon diary and booking appointments on a daily basis." Answering the switchboard telephone and dealing with enquiries on a daily basis. " Ad hoc administrative tasks at the reception desk.In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:" Previous experience as a receptionist. " Good working knowledge of MS Office." An excellent telephone manner." Excellent personal presentation skills." Attention to detail." A flexible and proactive attitude." Enjoy working as part of a team and having a team spirit.The position is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to be part of a highly rewarding and fast paced environment.Salary  £17 000.00 - £20 000.00 per annum based upon experience.Start date - ASAP Office Hours: Tuesday to Friday-9:30am to 6:30pm Saturday-10:30am to 6.00pm
