Call Centre Customer Service Advisors earn £7.99 per hour in the Mobile phone industry (Dsl05-Gum)

If you have call centre experience and are looking for a brand new, full-time customer service challenge, then DIRECT SOLUTIONS has something for you!

We work on a variety of projects within the mobile phone industry. At the moment we are engaged with an long-standing project with the Three Mobile network, dealing with customer queries, resolving problems and providing advice on a range of products and services.

Customer Service Advisors here earn between £7.99 per hour working in a state-of-the-art call centre. We reward excellent work with bonuses every four months as well: up to an £250 if youre significantly above your targets!

We are looking for full-timers to join our existing team who are based in Kentish Town (NW5).

Some excellent candidates have already been seen so to stand a chance of being considered for the role we are looking at previous experience in:

" Call centre based Customer Services " Telephone Helpdesk or Technical Support " Mail order or Inbound Telesales " Market research

Hours of work: ----------------

Full-time: " 37.5 hours per week working variable hours between 8am and 8pm " 5 days per week on rotation, comprising 4 weekdays AND 1 weekend day
