Telesales Executive Interview Asap

An exciting oppotunity has arisen for an experienced telesales executive to join our client based in London Bridge. The role is paying £7.00 per hour plus bonus. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The role is on a temporary basis with the opportunity to grow within the company. Overview of Role " To obtain customers email addresses and add them to the records " To explain the benefits of company products. Specifically, explaining the unique company writing style which allows users of all levels to access information easily and quickly " To explain the advantages of the clients products over competitors products " To answer any questions relating to the clients products, as and when they arise " To clean database data in conjunction with carrying out the above processes

Comprehensive training for the above duties will be given prior to the start of the telemarketing campaign.

Key Characteristics " Previous telesales experience, preferably in a B2B (Business to Business) environment " Lively, outgoing personality and tenacious go getter attitude " Confident telephone manner and clear telephone voice " Ability to communicate with high-end, professional clients " Good IT knowledge. Specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
