Customer Service Assistants

Customer Service Assistants are required to work on board our vessels to meet and greet passengers, sell tickets and to ensure that they have a safe and enjoyable journey. At certain periods you will also be based at our key piers to sell tickets to customers who are travelling with us. You will also have the responsibility of cash handling and your own float.

Working in a team you will also ensure that all vessels are kept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times during our service, including the replenishing of stock. The successful candidates must have previous customer service experience as well as a positive can do attitude. Customer Service Assistants are an essential part of the Thames Clippers team to ensure that we continue to be the leading provider of fast and frequent transport services. Thames Clippers will offer training and a range of career opportunities as well as a competitive salary.

All our staff work on rota basis, the rota is completed on a monthly basis. You will be required to work 5 days out of 7, including night shifts and weekend working. Shift patterns range from, starting at 5am to afternoon and night shifts. Candidates must be flexible and able to work all shifts.
